Her computer science training gave her more than coding skills, it gave her a framework for problem solving, critical thinking, leadership, and continuous growth. After earning her bachelor’s degree from A&T, Allen continued her academic and professional development, obtaining a master’s in systems engineering from Iowa State University and

Today, Allen serves as the Technology PMO Director and Chief of Staff for Lowe’s Digital Commerce, where she oversees multi-layered and highly cross functional initiatives that drive enterprise strategy, accelerate innovation, and power digital transformation across one of the most critical areas of the business: the Lowe’s.com digital platform. Allen’s responsibilities span two major digital portfolios: Digital Experiences and Digital Platforms. Both of which sit at the heart of the company’s technology operations and customer engagement model. She plays a key role in translating strategic vision into tangible execution, ensuring that the initiatives her teams drive are aligned with
