She earned her MBA in supply chain management, equipping her with the expertise to thrive in fast-paced, high-impact environments. Today, Mallory serves as an area manager at Amazon, where she leads diverse teams and drives operational excellence within one of the world’s most dynamic organizations. In this role, she is recognized for her ability to motivate others, foster collaboration, and deliver results while maintaining a people-first leadership style rooted in integrity and respect. Beyond her corporate career, Mallory’s heart remains deeply connected to mentorship, women’s empowerment, and giving back to the HBCU community that shaped her. She is the founder of her signature scholarship initiative, Doing M.O.O.R.E. for TSU

(Making Opportunities Open to Retain Excellence), a program dedicated to supporting deserving Tennessee State University students through financial assistance and encouragement. Through this initiative, Mallory is helping to remove barriers, open doors, and ensure that the next generation of leaders has the resources and confidence to succeed. Mallory Moore continues to represent her alma mater with pride, carrying forward the rich legacy of service, leadership, and culture that defines Tennessee State University and HBCUs nationwide. Whether in the boardroom, in the community, or mentoring future leaders, she remains steadfast in her commitment to making a difference and inspiring others to do more, dream bigger, and lead boldly.

Mallory Moore is a proud two- time graduate of Tennessee State University whose journey reflects excellence, purpose, and an unwavering commitment to service. She graciously served as the 92nd Miss Tennessee State University (2021–2022) , using her reign as a platform to uplift students through advocacy, community engagement, and meaningful service initiatives that strengthened campus pride and connection. During her time at TSU, Mallory distinguished herself not only as a campus leader, but as a scholar deeply committed to growth. Since graduating,
