De’Mondre Da’Twan Nard is a proud graduate of Prairie View
His project experience included work on major developments such as a $10 million solar project in Houston, Texas, the $65 million KDFW Fox4 Facility in Dallas, Texas, the $40 million East Dallas Government Center, and the $2 billion George R. Brown Convention Center Expansion in Houston, Texas. As an emerging professional entering the corporate construction industry, De’Mondre proudly represents the next generation of Black architects and engineers helping reshape the future of the built environment. He accepted a position with Whiting-Turner, one of the nation’s leading general contractors, continuing a trajectory marked by excellence, leadership, and innovation.
A&M University, where he earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees in architecture and construction science in just four years. Originally from a small town with big aspirations, De’Mondre transformed determination, faith, and perseverance into a remarkable academic and professional journey, emerging as a rising leader in the construction and architecture industries. Throughout his collegiate career, De’Mondre gained extensive hands-on industry experience through multiple competitive internships with leading construction firms, including Mortenson Construction, Adolf Peterson Construction, and Flintco Construction.
