Joyce Maria Kasiama is an award- winning media personality, producer, communications strategist, and global youth leader from Baltimore, Maryland. A graduate of Delaware State University, where she earned a degree in mass communications with a concentration in digital media production, Joyce has built an impressive record of leadership,
service, and media excellence. She served as the Sensational 69th Miss Delaware State University, Miss Junior, Miss Freshman, and Miss Congo USA, becoming the youngest queen to represent the Democratic Republic of the Congo on international stages. A keynote speaker and advocate for cultural empowerment, she has
addressed audiences at the United Nations and other global forums.
Through her media platform, Joyce On Air, and her work as a television anchor, producer, and interviewer, Joyce uses storytelling to elevate underrepresented voices, celebrate culture, and inspire the next generation of leaders.
