STACEY LEE SPRATT

S tacey Lee Spratt is a multi- hyphenate professional and entrepreneur whose career footprint has influenced culture and economy while cementing a lifelong legacy of scholarship and service. Educated and equipped to navigate creative and corporate industries, Spratt matriculated at Clark Atlanta University (CAU) (CAU) and Georgia Institute of Technology, garnering undergraduate degrees in mathematics and industrial engineering. Additionally, she received her MBA with a concentration in marketing from CAU in 2008. A masterful strategist and executor, Spratt’s expertise has been the driving force behind a

bevy of high-profile celebrations, experiential activations, innovative launches and groundbreaking concepts. Her impressive client roster includes ESSENCE, General Motors, City of Atlanta, My Black is Beautiful, P&G and Coca-Cola, where she consistently delivers exceptional results through meticulous planning, creative design and strategic execution. Beyond her professional achievements, Spratt has dedicated her life’s work to philanthropy——specifically focusing on enhancing educational opportunities for families of color. Her commitment is exemplified through initiatives including a namesake scholarship, The Terry and Sandra Lee Dual Degree Engineering Scholarship,

established in honor of her parents for CAU undergraduate students. During her 2004 reign as Miss Michigan USA, Spratt’s motivational speaking engagements for youth, teens and women helped raise over $100,000 in the fight against breast and ovarian cancer. Her dedication to service includes serving on the National Logistics Team for the 2017 Women’s March in Washington, D.C. These efforts have earned her numerous accolades, including the Community Service Award from Selfridge Air Force, Heroes of Breast Cancer Award and recognition from the cities of Saginaw and Rochester Hills, MI. More recently, she received

the Pathway to Excellence Award from CAU. Stacey is also an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and serves as a board member and governing voice in The Pinky Cole Foundation. Currently serving as the Director of the the Empower Me Tour and Special Programs for UNCF, Partner in Haute Behavior LLC, and Co-Founder of Harlem Hops, Spratt continues to expand her influence across industries. Haute Behavior offers comprehensive agency services in brand development, events, promotions and public relations, while Harlem Hops represents her successful venture into hospitality as an award-winning craft beer bar.
