leaders in tech, healthcare and finance are proving that HBCU students are ready on day one. That readiness requires investment in the faculty, technology, and bridge programs that prepare a student before they ever step into an office, however. We need investors who understand that the ROI of an HBCU degree isn't measured in a single fiscal quarter, but in the generational wealth created when a first-generation student enters the C-suite. A CALL TO OUR COMMUNITY To our HBCU alumni and stakeholders: our skin in the game is the most powerful signal we can send. When we lead with our own philanthropy, we validate the excellence we’ve always known exists within our hallowed halls. The time for episodic giving is over. The era of transformation and strategic investment is here. At the Thurgood Marshall College Fund, we
are committed to ensuring our schools lead the way through the headwinds of higher education to prepare our students to lead in a global workforce.
