QUINTERIA T. WOODS Quinteria Woods is a dynamic professional with a strong background in psychology, program development, and leadership training. She graduated from Bethune-Cookman University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Clark Atlanta University. Originally from Anniston, Alabama, Quinteria has a long-standing history of engagement in student leadership, extracurricular activities, and community service. Throughout her academic career, she has held several prestigious titles, including Class Vice President, Freshman Class President, Prom

Queen, Miss Freshman, SGA Vice President, and the 68th Miss Bethune-Cookman University. Additionally, she is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., embodying the values of sisterhood, scholarship, and service. Currently, Quinteria serves as the program development coordinator in the Division of Enrollment Management & Student Life at Clark Atlanta University. In this role, she has advised the Royal Court, Class Councils, and overseen student organizations, while also organizing the university’s signature Impactful Panthers Student Leadership Conference and monthly leadership development series. She designs and implements training programs that foster holistic student growth and leadership excellence.

Beyond her academic and professional commitments, Quinteria is the founder of Impact & Empowerment, a consulting business that equips young women with the tools and guidance needed to excel in leadership roles. Through her work, she has coached several HBCU queens, including Miss Xavier University, Miss South Carolina State University, Miss Texas Southern University, Miss Dillard University, and the Bethune-Cookman University's homecoming queen. In her personal life, Quinteria enjoys exploring her creativity through fashion, makeup, and hair styling. She values spending quality time with family and friends and is deeply passionate about mentoring the next generation of leaders to align passion with purpose.
