Since graduating, Lakil has continued to live out her personal motto of being “limitless.” She has built a dynamic and multifaceted career, working full time as a laboratory analyst in her field of study while simultaneously pursuing her creative passions as a model, actress, and author. Refusing to be confined to one path, Lakil exemplifies what it means to boldly walk in every gift God has placed within her. Her voice has also found expression in literature. As a contributing writer in the groundbreaking anthology The HBCU Experience: The Royal University Queens Edition, Lakil shares her authentic story of resilience, purpose,
