OLIVIA L. RATLIFF
Olivia L. Ratliff, a proud senior from Rock Hill, South Carolina, is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in middle level education at South Carolina State University. Embodying grace, leadership, and Bulldog pride, she currently serves as the 89th Miss South Carolina State University, continuing a distinguished legacy of student representation and service. Her journey to the crown is marked by achievement, having previously served as Miss Freshman, Miss Sophomore, and the Inaugural Miss 1896. Olivia has shown unwavering dedication to uplifting her peers and enhancing the student experience through service, scholarship, and sisterhood.
An engaged student leader, she is a proud member of the Alpha Xi Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, the National Council of Negro Women, the SCSU Jazz Band, and GirlTrek. Her involvement reflects her belief in holistic growth, balancing academic excellence with cultural enrichment and community advocacy. Upon graduation, Olivia plans to attend law school to pursue a career in education law, advocating for equity and access in education. Guided by faith and a passion for service, she continues to exemplify the spirit of South Carolina State University where knowledge is power.
